Privacy Notice — Rental Applications

Norvesta Investments collects the personal information in your rental application solely to assess your tenancy application, in accordance with Ontario's Human Rights Code, O. Reg. 290/98 and applicable privacy legislation (PIPEDA).

What we collect: identity and contact details, rental history, employment and income information, references, and the documents you choose to upload (such as government ID and pay stubs).

How it's used: to verify the information you provide, complete credit and reference checks you have consented to, and communicate with you about your application. We never sell your information.

Storage & retention:application data and documents are stored securely in Canada-accessible cloud infrastructure with access limited to Norvesta's leasing team. Documents from unsuccessful (declined or withdrawn) applications are permanently deleted within 12 months of the decision.

Your rights: you may withdraw your application, or request access to or deletion of your information, at any time by emailing leasing@norvesta.ca.
